Transforming

cultural norms so that you can break out of unproductive behaviour patterns and create an environment that fosters trust, learning and innovation.

Leadership Learning

designing individual and team learning processes that strengthen resilience, enhance employee and stakeholder engagement and foster innovation for practical, durable results.

Coaching

supporting leaders to act with humility and courage, and to increase personal effectiveness with staff and partners.

We work with governments, not-for-profits, health care systems, foundations and multi-lateral organizations engaged in complex change initiatives — locally, nationally and internationally.

Projects we are involved in

Supporting innovators working to scale up early child development programs in countries around the world, including India, Brazil, Lebanon, Kenya, and Vietnam.

Engaging health care leaders and key stakeholders to build personal resilience and a stronger collective capacity to lead health care services through periods of instability and resource shortages.

Using a feminist approach to transform organizational culture, so that staff are more engaged and the organization is better able to achieve its mission.

Teaching leadership, organization development, collaborative leadership, strategic thinking and other courses for executives from all sectors through the Schulich Executive Education Centre (York University) and at Telfer Executive Education Programs (University of Ottawa).

Advising public sector and non-profit leadership teams seeking to act more strategically to address new opportunities and emerging challenges.

Creating blended learning strategies for senior leaders of national governments and the UN.  Key elements include greater self awareness and collaborative leadership skills that support greater effectiveness in volatile and complex contexts, e.g. protecting and supporting vulnerable refugee populations.

Designing meetings and other processes that assist multiple groups to overcome conflict and to work together on a common vision for change.

Our commitment to you

Social Impact: We commit to advancing equity, dignity and justice. We seek ideas and interventions that strengthen inclusion and belonging across networks, communities and organizations.

Learning community: We are intentional about convening truly collaborative environments that share learning and value openness and trust.
